Verse 2	From home and friends the evil spirits drove him, Among the tombs he dwelt in misery He cut himself as demon pow’rs possessed him, Then Jesus came and set the captive free.	親戚遠離，被惡者侵入操控，瑟縮墓旁，每天仿似悲歌。自盡自傷，當鬼魔勢力掌管，救主來到，讓綑綁得自由。	附著邪靈，墳墓裡竟是居處，撇棄親友，獨往山墳裡住；邪靈圍困，肆意去自殘身軀，救主來到，要將枷鎖解去。	昔有一人，被邪鬼附上他身，離別親友，凄涼獨住山墳；惡者捆綁，傷害己體無人救，耶穌一來，釋放他得自由。
Verse 3	"Unclean! unclean!" the leper cried in torment, The deaf, the dumb, in helplessness stood near The fever raged, disease had gripped its victim, Then Jesus came and cast out every fear.	"骯髒！不潔！" 痲瘋者街上苦叫啞巴、耳聾，沒法得到協助。頭暈頭痛，緊緊使病人苦楚。救主來到，病者不必驚慌。
Verse 4	Their hearts were sad as in the tomb they laid him, For death had come and taken him away Their night was dark and bitter tears were falling, Then Jesus came and night was turned to day.	傷心苦痛，當埋葬心上所愛，死魔接近，誓要將人取去。每到夜深，心傷帶眼淚落下，救主來到，夜空轉變日晨。
Verse 5	And so today we find the Savior able We can not conquer passion, lust, or sin. Our broken hearts have left us sad and lonely, But Jesus comes to dwell Himself within.	因此今天，眾獲得恩主拯救，無法抗衡，慾火、激情、惡罪破碎內心，只得傷心與孤單，救主來到，讓我居於主愛。
