 O God , my faithful God,
true fountain ever flowing,
Without whom nothing is,
all perfect gifts bestowing;
Give me a healthy frame,
and may I have within
A conscience free from blame,
a soul unstained by sin.
 信實神我救主，
真泉源湧發不斷，
無主怎去過活，
世間萬有乃主賜：
賜我健康身驅，
靈魂內心潔淨，
能辨明善惡分，
清心清潔靈魂。

 Give me the strength to do
with ready heart and willing
Whatever You command,
my calling here fulfilling.
Help me do what I should
in all that comes my way;
I know that You are good,
You bless those who obey.
 給我力氣去闖，
心靈常開甘心獻，
不管主怎發令，
神召我今天響應。
教我作當去做，
完成上主心意。
深知主善又美，
施福給順服人。

 Keep me from saying words
that later need recalling;
Guard me lest idel speech
may from my lips be falling;
But when within my place
I must and ought to speak,
Then to my words give grace
lest I offend the weak.
 保守我每句話，
一言既出不返回。
永不出虛妄話，
保守淨潔我舌頭。
但在大會之中，
我應當必說話，
說出感恩話語，
不必去害病貧。

 When dangers gather round,
O keep me calm and fearless;
Help me to bear the cross
when life seems dark and cheerless.
